This site offers UX/UI design services, content creation, and an illustration project with the sale of printed posters (without frames). 

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All content published on this site, including designs, images, illustrations, texts, logos, videos, and graphic products, is the exclusive property of Edison Casallas and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
• The purchase of a poster or any content does not transfer copyright, only the right to personal use of the purchased product.

3. Products and Online Store

• Posters: All posters are sold unframed.
• Colors and finishes: May vary slightly from the images shown on the site due to screen differences and the printing process.
• Availability: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and Payments

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include (or exclude) taxes as applicable.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• The customer is responsible for providing correct and valid payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery areas: Canada and the United States.
• Estimated delivery time: Between 4 and 14 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
• Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Posters: Returns or refunds are not accepted once the printing and shipping process has begun, except for defective products or verifiable shipping damage.
• If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 3 business days after delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Design and Content Creation Services

• Services contracted (UX/UI or content creation) will be governed by a specific agreement that includes timelines, deliverables, and payment conditions.
• The client does not acquire copyright on designs unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Misuse of purchased products.
• Technical issues or interruptions on the website, services, or external platforms (such as Stripe) that temporarily affect access or purchases.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, posting the update date on this website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
